The Bolton Youth Soccer Association’s (BYSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom and is open to all members of the Bolton Youth Soccer community.

The AGM provides a forum to conduct our annual business which one critical part is to hold our Annual Board Elections. As an odd-numbered year, we have two two-year term positions up for vote this year as well as a position currently vacant for the upcoming season:

• President

• Treasurer

• Vice President [vacant for remainder of two-year term]

Details on the roles and responsibilities for each position can be found in BYSA’s constitution.

Please note, per BYSA constitution, voting eligibility for election positions is limited to members who’ve held registered volunteer or board-level positions within the last year (Fall 2022-Spring 2023 seasons).
